What has the Lord done for you recently?

We are reminded in Psalm 103 to Bless the Lord and to not forget His benefits. One of the ways we can do this is to remind ourselves and testify about the Lord's goodness towards us.

We want to give you an opportunity to do this.  Share with us what the Lord has done for you recently.  Not only will you Bless the Lord, you will be encouraged and you will encourage someone else!

I want to testify of how good God has been to me. He blessed me with an unexpected check this week! One of the things that we confess during our offering time at church is that we are believing for favor in all of our finances!

Thank you Lord for your faithfulness to me!!!

Jesus has made the crooked places
straight and rough places smooth.Jesus is constantly preforming his promise to me -- that he is turning my life around and things are getting better. Jesus is on the move in my life. I have had to buckle my seat belt and get used to the G forces of the ride with the holy spirit. Its shouting time!!

Wow! What hasn´t the LORD done for us lately? As you know we left FL 12-19-09 for Venezuela via Aruba to spend 3 weeks with Nelson´s family... Well, due to the time change and what seemed to be a very stubborn airline policy (we were about 5 minutes past the limit to check in for the flight from Aruba to Vzla - a 20 minute flight!!!) they said they didn´t have space for us to reschedule until 12-14, that´s 5 days stranded in Aruba. Well I will admit complaining and letting off steam. I know there was enough time to get us on that flight... But shortly afterwards I decided to PRAISE the LORD and SING, LIFT UP MY HANDS to the Heavens and began thanking MY LORD for providing, blessing us ALL the time, and for HIS LOVE... I decided to rest in HIS arms... In the meantime Nelson was trying to make calls home and talking to other passengers who were also waiting to get to Vzla and met a young man who knew a lady who was picking him up to rent him a room in a nice house for the unheard of amount of ... $50.00 per night!!!!!!!! This testimony gets great but for the sake of space I´ll just say she had a room for us and a lady with two girls in a nice house near the airport, she was a Christian needing prayer for a brain tumor, her name is Rhina and has a little girl about 6 years old. She helped us rent a car for less (the rental places in front of the airport said they didn´t have any cars until March!), loaned us her cell phone. I had been checking for a place to stay on the way back for 2 nights in January, this is the winter which is high season in Aruba so most the accommodations are upward of $200.00 per night for 4 people! How true it is that man makes his plans but the Lord directs his steps... The lady we met and shared the house with was also a divine appt. Miriam is her name and she too need prayer. She is suppose to have a hysterectomy due to a problem with fibrous cysts, her brother is a Doctor here in Vzla (ob/gyn) and was planning the surgery for her. We were able to talk with her about the Lord and God´s Word. I shared some healing scriptures with her too. She wants to leave south Florida, move to Melbourne and come to church with us!! We are believing for both of their healings, please pray for these two ladies. Our God IS a GREAT and GOOD GOD. I´ve said much but REALLY can´t say enough about Our ALMIGHTY GOD!!!!!!!! We sure do love MCC and miss you all -- The Salazar Family
